The unit I was in had outdated Tv only one tv was working They didnt have towels in the until I called to front desk and they did nothing .

Somewhat disappointed

The apartment size and layout was good. Nice and quiet location. The grounds were well maintained. I have stayed at this location many years ago, (we had a family reunion there and rented 3/3 bedroom apartments), that is why I chose to stay there again.

The carpet throughout the apartment was very dirty. Needs to be replaced, beyond cleaning. The air ducts needed cleaning. It is possible it was just that particular apartment, but needs to be attended to before new guests arrive. The front door needed attention as it was hard to open and close. We were afraid we were disturbing the other guests/residents, by just opening/closing the front door.

The good outweighed the bad. My family had a nice time but i expected more.

The apartment was big and light and airy.

The couch was very dirty. The pull out bed was broken and my kids couldn't use it. There weren't enough amenities and the kitchen could have had more tools. Staff in the lobby were rude. Hard to get through the gate, there was no code and the guards were never there

I had a Great Birthday I will be back again.

The resort was very huge and soooo nice and well put together

The floors was dirty needed to be mop really good it was close left in the washer that smelled bad the nice big jet tub i turned it on to get in the tub before I checked out and the water was comin out brown . And that was the main reason on my book

The space and location was great, but there are German roaches m.

Checking in was a breeze and the space was great.

Only reason I wont rate it higher is due to the German roaches in the bathrooms and kitchen, inch worms (its weird because we were on the 2nd floor too), and the fact the elevator was broken when we were leaving and we had to carry everything (baby, stroller, luggage) down the stairs.
