Disappointing

Clean,good location, comfortable bed and pleasent stuff. Hint: reception on 4th floor

It was very disappointing. There was construction work inside the building early in the morning every single day, thin walls so you could hear every guest and there was a very annoying sound whenever someone pulled the water in the bathroom. Something with the pressure I guess. No peace. I don't recommend it.

Great location, nice staff, good facilities - I would choose this hotel again

The location was perfect for our plans in Milan. The room was very nice, fresh and beautiful. There were many little details that made our stay comfortable. There was a coffee machine in the room. The staff helped with all the questions we asked. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Thank you

The shower stall was missing a seal on one side of the shower door, so water was spilling outside.

Its good stay but not great.

The staff is super super great and frindlly , the location is perfect & safe. The toilet is big and comfy.

Its really hard to sleep becouse of the church next to the building (ringing the bell avery morning 9am). The hotel is very small , so expect to hear every one in the lobby (staff, on boeple checking in).
