Unhappy in Jacksonville

It was a clean facilities in a nice spot.

They don't take cash and the website did not say that so when I got there I had the deposit I could put on my card but I wanted to pay the room in cash so I didn't have a paper trail coming to my house about the purchase of a hotel room on my card. First hotel out of the hundreds I've been to that does not take cash so I had to go to the store by a faking credit card spend an extra money the whole time while the room was 115 bucks for the night and they didn't even have cable TV I had to watch movies on my cell phone so it wasn't worth the value at all

This place has plumbing issues, the constant smell of MJ everywhere. The staff was always great and helpful.

The staff was the only redeeming quality.

My suite was very comfortable. The queen size bed slept extremely well and it was exactly what I needed for my daughter and I little mommy daughter weekend shopping getaway. The staff was very nice, informative and extremely accommodating. This location is also in close proximity to several great eateries, amazing restaurants from budget friendly to high end,. Multiple shopping locations and 15-17 mins to wonderful beaches.

There wasn't a thing that I didn't like about this property overall. The only nuisance was a mishap with the check out time via the property and the internet, however it was immediately rectified.

I would recommend this hotel to ANY AND EVERY ONE!

EVERYTHING!! The location is perfect, the hotel is always clean, and it is always quiet and peaceful. Whenever my husband and I come to Jacksonville we always stay here. This is our spot!

I have no complaints about this hotel!
