Could have been a great place to stay if the room met expectations.

The room was a nice size. We were fine with the no daily housekeeping. The beds were fine. The shower had good water flow and pressure.

The room smelled like someone had been smoking in it. We were offered a chance to move to a different room or have someone come up to spray some deodorizer. We chose the latter. The floors were not clean. This was noticeable when my wife used the shower after walking around barefoot in the room. Our room faced Ulmerton. This is a very busy street with lots of road noise, loud vehicles, and emergency vehicles using it all night. We needed to keep the windows open due to the unpleasant odor in the room.

Nothing the staff was rude

I didn't like how they put us in a room with no air and called us a liar, saying it did work that we didn't know how to work it and took them five hours to get us into another room when it was 88 in our room

Good.

The beds are very comfortable and there is a TV in every room, also you have in the kitchen equipment to cook what you need and the location is good also.

The table in the suite was in a bad condition, the room was not clean enough and the coffee maker was dirty. The staff should be more nicer too.

Pet friendly which didnt matter when I booked but was awesome when our pet sitter canceled the day before we were leaving

Other than the sheets and pillows covers the stay was a good stay.

The facility was clean and the staff was very nice.

I found a piece of black curly hair on the bed. And the sheets smells used.
