Someone needs to address this problem

Great location, very nice employees.

Heater didnt work. Called the desk and they brought a space heater. They said that they had many rooms that the heat didnt work. Kind of scary thinking that someone would misuse the space heater and cause a fire.

Great stay before our flight home

I like the location. It's close to the airport. Good breakfast. Staff was great. They printed my boarding passes for our flight home.

The only thing that needs to be addressed is the shower doors. They do not seal and tend to leak water if you don't pay attention. A shower curtain would work better than these doors. No other issues need addressing.

All but the laundry facility it was excellent.

We had a great stay. Super friendly staff. Good breakfast. Most importantly the room was clean.

I used the laundry on the third floor. One washer didn't drain. I had to wring my clothes out by hand. The dryer made my clothes stink. The desk clerk did offer to dry my clothes. I declined that offer. What should have cost $8.00 cost $22.00.
