Disappointing

Trapped in bathroom for 3 hours

Location and cleanliness

I went into the bathroom to take a shower I closed the door behind me I went to open the door to get out of the shower space and the door handle would only just spin around I was locked in the shower space for over 3 hours and banged on the wall that shared the hallway the entire time and no one could hear me because they didn't have anybody else staying in that wing of the hotel except for me I had to figure out a way to get untrapped!!!!! I finally used the spring from the toilet paper holder to undo the latch of the door to get out. I went straight to the front desk wrapped in my towel to complain of what happened he filed a report but I never heard a word from any management of the hotel property didn't get an apology or anything like it must be and everyday occurrence!! The staff was not very cooperative. I stayed there three nights and did not get cleaned by housekeeping didn't even have a tag to put on the door.

We ordered flowers to give to friend. The staff would not allow the florist to drop off the arrangement at the front desk. We had to have the delivery rescheduled and receive outside the front of the motel. This experienced soured our experience.

Good place to stay and we'll return

The room was comfy. Bed was super and liked the blackout curtains.

It was a little noisy at times but the room was very nice. The shower curtain had a bit of mold on it and we had to ask for toilet paper and towels.

Loved the spaciousness. The courtyard area was lovely.

The Pool was a bit underwhelming. We couldnt find a remote for the TV in the sitting area, nor sheets for the pull out sofa bed.

What breakfast? I actually thought breakfast was included but it was not. Your prices for breakfast is way too high. I hope you change this in the future.

Not providing a good breakfast... waffles, toast, eggs, bacon or sausage, muffins, cereal, juice, and etc but not all at once
