    Great location, good sized rooms, clean.
    Toilets became regularly blocked. Although there is 'quiet time' from 10pm-6am, up until 10pm there can be a huge amount of noise outside including music being up obnoxiously loud making it hard to sleep.

    Very nice getaway for my family
    Proximity to all our destinations was the best
    Was not a major issue but learned our refrigerators ice maker was one of many that did not work. Since no ice machines available, they did offer pre-packaged ice bags downstairs.

    Shame the hotel did not reflect whats it says and the pictures show on booking site But we made the most of it.
    Good location near ish to Disney
    Its very tired and dated. It was clean as it could be for the age of everything and the towels and sheets were good. the carpets are dirty as was the sofa. both dirty and stained. I did not sit on the sofa or walk around with no shoes on. Nothing the staff could do anything about as it is down to investment in the property. kitchen door was falling off and one of the shower heads find not work so it was a good job there were 2 bathrooms (very good point about rooms).

    I felt, for the money I had to pay, it was far too much for the worn furniture in the room.
    The breakfast was wonderful.
    Had to have light fixed and shower stem didn't work but was fixed quickly.
