Great overall. Convenience store, shopping mall and train station all within ten minutes walk.

Staff were friendly well-versed in English. Common areas left a luxurious impression. Service apartment was family friendly.

Complimentary drinks could have been offered in the hotel rooms instead of the resident lounge. Coffee machine at the resident lounge should be kept on 24/7 to support residents needs.

Convenience of a washing machine in room. Close to shopping areas and the open air market.

The sauna room was extremely small and the changing room had no seating available. Could make some considerations on this.

Excellent. 2nd stay in my 2 family trip to BKK.

It has family room to accommodate my parents and kids. It is near a mall where shopping is easy. Location is great that ordering GRAB food is easy.

There was no breakfast bundle to the hotel booking in booking.com.

Very average hotel, that did not live up to the rating. The furniture was dirty, and so were the carpets at the foot of

The city view was good. It was nice getting six bottles of water a day. The size of the room was nice, but the furniture was dirty. The staff, for the most part was pleasant. Nigel, the concierge was great !

It was not great value, compared to where we stayed in Pattaya. The furniture was dirty, and so were the carpets at the foot of the beds. Ive worked in the hotel business for over 10 years, this was closer to a three star rating than a five.

Disappointing

Stay here every time we come to Bangkok but not after this trip.

Cleaners , bellboys and workers are all nice and polite and good workers.

Booked a two bedroom premier and was given a one and a half bedroom apartment for 29,000 baht for 3 nights. Outlay of the apartment on booking dot com said we should have 2 bedrooms either side of the lounge room. First night we did and second night they said that one room wasnt ours. And wasnt allowed to access it. Also the oysters are normally fresh and beautiful for 100 baht each. This time they had no fresh ones so made us kilpatrick and what ever else to cook them as they were all frozen and they were all small like shrivelled up cooked cockles or clams and not oysters.

Your second home in Bangkok

The location was very convenient, beside the Central Rama IX Plaza and a BTS station. What makes Somerset stand out from the other hotels we stayed in Bangkok is their service. My sister had encountered a major setback and Khun Pol, Khun Kwang and the concierge in charge helped us as we went through this difficult situation. It was more than what we expected from them and words are not enough to express our heartfelt gratitude.
