Disappointing

Wouldnt stay again.

The view from the pool. Room clean and large.

In the middle of nowhere up a dark road from the Main Street. Easy to walk it but a little scary with no lights at nights. We were also super confused with all the Somerset hotels in mirissa and disappointed by this one.

Decent stay for short time

Pool was good Room size was small for 3 people. Breakfast was okay. Should have little more options in Vegetarian

Place had lot of mosquitoes. Always had to be cautious of not opening the main door / the balcony door

Disappointing

Not worth staying by paying USD 110 (including taxes)

Location

Not clean, cheap bad, no TV (- was not working), above all, small room (- feeling stuffy and like a home jail and I woke up many times while sleeping). If it is 30-50$ room, I do agree with these conditions, but I stayed at around 110$ during Christmas season, and it was not worth paying this rate.

Cheating the customer and rude staff

Staff were very rude. Requested breakfast at 7.30 but they arranged it after 8.30. Official exchange rates of USD is 328 but they Changed extra about 332 and When questioned they answered in very rude manner. There is no responsible person for complain. This place doesnt respect the low of the country. Staff is very rude impolite.

Good stay in Mirissa

Breakfast was good, we stay 2 nights and had different options (roti, eggs, fruits juice and tea/coffee) good location very close to nice restaurants and a beach Rooms are good, beds are comfy Hot water and kettle with tea bags Staff very friendly. Only minus is the Wi-Fi - didnt work almost at all

No Wi-Fi :( very bad connection.

The worst experience ever

- pool - the oldest guy from staff(usually worked on breakfasts) - breakfasts

First of all I would like to say that I travel a lot and this was the WORST experience ever. The main problem was stink at our room so we tried to look from where it goes. We split our two beds and inbetween there was a dead fish or something!! The staff came, swept it off, put the beds back together, put on the same dirty sheets (not from us) and thats it. After that they gave us another room so we could sleep in clean room for our last night. They didnt even say sorry. They have one young guy for everything - breakfast, maintanance, housekeeping and he doesnt even speak english. We had the last room on the hall so wifi didnt work at all. For every single toilet paper or new towel we had to ask at the front desk. The walls in the room are so thin that you can hear basically everything (ear plugs recommended) especially when they start to clean the hall at 6:30 in the morning. Well. We spent 3 weeks on SriLanka, this was the most expensive accomodation we had and it definitely didnt worth it. I cant recommend it to anyone although it has good rating.
