I was all inclusive but never used it a lot due to surely bar staff waiters

Location and New Years Eve food front of house staff and housekeepers were great

Surely rude bar staff on one occasion to busy talking to one another and asked me 3 times what would I like to drink Some customer care training is required

Disappointing

The furniture in rooms . I sat on sofa and fell straight through to the floor. On speaking to manager. She said we'll we are being furbished soon. Didn't bother her .

Hotel was ok, but dated and slightly pricey but the staff were very helpful and friendly. I did not expect the clientele to have such an old average age but maybe its the time of year I was there

Heat the reception manners in a saucepan over high arrogance until it boils with disrespect. 4. Sprinkle the non-existent complaint hotline over the mixture while continuously stirring the stress. 5. Garnish the whole experience with the disrespectful customer experience staff lady, ensuring shes served with a lack of empathy. 6. Let the mixture simmer on the back burner of your patience for about 6 hours, intermittently stirring in emails and calls for resolution. 7. Finally, when the bitterness peaks, serve yourself a big helping of disappointment, garnished with the recurring phrase: You accepted terms and conditions. 8.
