Great location, right on Pattaya beach and 2 min walk to Sunset beach, lovely spacious rooms, friendly staff, loved it. Pick up and drop off also included to jetty which was super helpful

Overall anx outstanding resort. Kids loved it, well be back for sure.

The staff are the best. Truly nice people. The location was perfect, right in front of the beach. Lovely resort, they cant do enough for you.

The wooden flooring in room was starting to break up, maybe its dated. The jacuzzi wouldnt get hot enough as Id like, even when I asked about it they couldnt get it hot enough. Had something in the room at night- either a mouse or a gecko, you could hear it shuffle in the night, not sure where it was coming from.

Bedbugs kind of ruined it

Cozy big room, beach area with bar close by, staff is friendly and the breakfast was nice.

Room had bedbugs. We had to insist on switching the room because they were only going to spray the room. Pool floor wasnt clean. Beach chair cushions were moldy and falling apart.

The location was very good, 10 minutes walking along the beach to the main street

The room appears like in the picture but, probably, pictures has been taken several years ago. Cleaning and mantainance should be improved

The heaven in koh Lipe pattya Beach.

The buffet breakfast is excellent... staff are very helpful and courteous... room is superb... facilities are great... the beach is heavenly... a stone throw away to the bustling Wallking Street.

The staff forgot to check that I was supposed to go to the jetty to Kuah but dumped us at the jetty to Telaga... luckily walking across to the other side is not that far.

Very clean, located right on a lovely quiet stretch of beach. Met all our expectations and we had no complaints.

Lovely stay at Sita Beach, amazing staff, great location.

On the Beach, Resturant was good. Shuttle to the room was good. Excellent staff at reception and Kof with his singing and excellent service.

Open sewage. Two many Steps to the top of the room. My daughters room smelt of strong sewage.

Brilliant stay with no issues and tasty food.

Very quiet and clean! Staff very nice and helpful. Very good breakfast with plenty of European and Thai options. Water refill at the reception. Walking distance to everywhere, esp Sunset Beach.

The hotel is a bit tarnished by time ;)
