Luxury boutique hotel with beautiful pool area and direct access to the beach

The rooms are spacious, very modern with good air conditioning. The gardens around the rooms are beautifully maintained. They are lush and green. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

The breakfast area felt too small for this big hotel. There was not enough seating and at times you would need to share a table with other guests.

A wonderful stay at a beautiful resort, amazing staff.

The property was beautiful and very well taken care of- staff were continuously taking care of everything and if needed fixing stuff on the property. The staff were also amazing, so warm and welcoming! Always greeting you with a smile and genuinely caring about your well being, and making sure everything was as good as possible! We went in a days boat trip, and they prepared a wonderful bento for our trip. Could not ask for better staff than this!

The hotel provided a base to be away from the busy parts of Koh lipe

The property was located away from the busy Pattaya beach and walking street, the staff were friendly!

During our stay there was ongoing construction work at the hotel by the beach which meant it wasnt really relaxing so we ended up spending most of our time away from the hotel, the room was attended to daily but it was apparent it wasnt always cleaned properly! Also we were located in the courtyard above reception which meant we were woken up early by the beeping of the tut tuts early in the morning, again not ideal when your trying to relax!

Everything from start to finish was amazing. We couldn't fault a thing. All staff were very friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you. If you are looking for something romantic, I would definitely recommend the sunset boat trip. Private boat, which takes you to a private beach, and you get to watch the sunset while having something to eat. It's beautiful.

1. Staff are very friendly and fluent in English. 2. Great private beachfront. 3. Breakfast many variety.

1. The bathroom is too dim. 2. During the stay, there seems to be construction going on, sometimes on the paths, not very pleasing sight. 3. Room service foods taste like reheated foods, not good. 4. In- room masseuses converse to each other too much, one giving me massage even watch the news on the tv that is on.
