Love the location (walkable to the beach and the Village area for shopping & great food options). And the amenities (pool, spa, wagon & bike rentals, beach chairs, cooler, towel exchanges, laundry, ice, food truck.....) are all perfect! Already booking our return trip

!!! BUYER'S PLEASE BE AWARE !!! I dont know that I can put into words my feelings about our stay at this place. First, We requested our room to be cleaned every day for three consecutive days, and still no one came. There were black things in our bed. Living bugs??? When we finally called management. The black thing were on the bed and between sheets. The staff called it a termite swarm droppings and said it was common this time of year.... I asked why then are they between the sheets? .What the yellow stains are from? Then and only then did they offfer to move us to a completely remodeled room(an upgrade they said. They also said, "no bugs are there". (The black things in our bed that squished liquid inside a plastic ziplock baggie). I washed all my clothes at the guest laundry and moved to the "other" room that was infested with sugar ants and the black things on the bed sheets again. They offered to refund us 3 days of resort fees BUT only if we signed a release stating we would not post a negative review on social media. How were we to go to another hotel when we paid so much at this one. And how were we to take our now possibly infested everything to another place knowing in could be infested. DON'T GET STUCK Also, there were :NO LUGGAGE RACKS" in either room we were in and our first room did not even have a dresser, so you put your luggage and things on the beds or the floor. Finally, this establishment charged a $39 daily resort fee and a $10pr day parking fee. Also, Be aware your parking may be limited and/or non existing due to the patrons of their Tiki Bar.. My dates of stay were between Nov 4th thru Nov 11th. *** Note I filed a Dispute with my Credit Card Company and Lost*** This hotels management has said to me that they are a ::privately owned business" not a "Branded Hotel" and that infestations do accur and that they address these things as they arise in a timely matter.

We would stay again! Great place!

The pool, the location, the restaurant and the comfort of the beds/ pillows! Beautiful place!

The room we had stayed in (#208) had blinds that didn't close all the way so it was extremely bright in there all night, especially with the very bright lights that were down below our room(parking lot and side walkway of our room leading to the back). My suggestion is to also add a darker curtain to replace the thin one on the window facing the street/ parking lot to block out the street lights.

They are at a perfect location to walk to the beach or stroll the stores in Siesta Key Village! You can grab a bike and ride all over the key at no additional cost. They have wagons to sign out for free, as well as each room being equipped with all you need for your day at the beach, e.i. chairs, cooler, etc.

Too noisy and not like advert

It was close to beach and shops It was clean but we thought we booked a pool side suite but we were right over the bar on second floor away from the pool

AC made whole room vibrate and was so loud they had to turn it off On the booking it insisted on quiet time 9-9 but our room was directly over the bar which played loud music until 11pm and then noisy floor cleaner stared at

Very good

Very attentive staff. Beautiful pool area. Nice pub on property with live music and a food truck. Rooms were basic beach hotel rooms but clean and set up well.
