Review 1: Unit 302 at Siesta Key was perfect - super clean, updated, and had all the amenities needed. The beach cart with toys and umbrella was a great bonus. Siesta Beach House had comparable prices to other beachside properties and a short walk to the beach. Enjoyed the vacation. Review 3: Booked last minute and stayed in unit 212. Pleasantly surprised by how well kept and clean it was. Close to the beach. Dated, but didn't matter as only used for basic needs. Great price, would stay again. A gem in hidden in Siesta Keys. Perfect location, quiet, and cozy.

Upscale street - in fancy little neighborhood tucked away. Inside the condo is modest but clean and nice. Best of both worlds - youre on the bay but can walk across the street to beach in gated neighborhood. ( key code provided) This place was beautiful, you will not be disappointed.

We stayed at Derby Lane for the third time and had a great time once again. It is a cozy place in a quiet tropical neighborhood. We loved the pool and the short walk to Crrescent Beach. Mira and Deno are wonderful hosts.

Home from home in the sun

I spent a month in this fabulous property. It was so comfortable it felt like I had lived there forever. Kitchen had everything I needed. Pool was great but it was just minutes from the beach and dock. Do yourselves a favour and book this property you will not be disappointed

Great quiet and private place near the beach with a lot of amenities.

Location, spaciousness of the place and all utensils and equipment in the house works very well. Loved that we could access the beach via nearby property. The house itself is in a very nice quiet area that we loved.

Bathrooms were a little bit outdated and the main bed was a little uncomfortable, but maybe it is just us for us. It was not a deal-breaker and we fully enjoyed our stay. The place is generally great, and once some upgrades are done, it will be the most top notch spot for couples!

I would absolutely go back to this property.

The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to get through your stay. Beda were comfortable. The owner was wonderful to deal with.

The screen door needs replaced.

Nice location- walkable to beach and downtown area.

I liked the neighborhood. It was quiet and peaceful.

It could have used some deep cleaning. Baseboards and tile and cabinets were a bit dirty. Also, the room was not ready upon arrival. The very nice cleaning lady explained that the other house she was cleaning was left a mess.
