Great location overlooking the sea

The location was great, the room was lovely and comfortable and the sea view was worth paying for. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Unfortunately the walls were very thin and I could hear the person snoring in the room next door which made it very difficult to sleep.

Good 1 night stay for the theatre excellent price right on the beach front

Everything with the hotel but parking can be a challenge. Lovely Breakfast could be Improved by having tea or coffee in the morning having pots rather than individual cups.

Just lack of Teapots or Coffee pots at Breakfast.

Excellent location with great sea view.

It is a bit tired but the room was clean and had everything we needed.

Great stay at Shire view Hotel Eastbourne

It was great the staff are always very happy and friendly and efficient. They look after you and can't do enough for you. The facilities were excellent the bed was lovely and comfortable and bathroom was good and the view was excellent. The location is excellent right opposite the seafront. It is nice to hear the sea while you go to sleep. It's only a short walk to the shops.

It was just the TV really that you could only get two channels on. BBC one and Two. All the others have interference on the channels so you can't watch them.

The outside of the hotel needed a bit of painting. But most of the buildings are old it Eastbourne.

I love the place very good and clean very friendly and would come again

We had very very good view and was very please with it and it was stone throw from the town and nice walks and puns with very good food The breakfast nice to come down to after good night the room was very comfortable and cosy

We had few points Irked the batteries in the tv remote didnt work which I had to go reception for to get new ones for and also there were two towels in the room which my fianc didnt have space for her hair and also no small towel for the floor when got out of the bath !!!!! I had ask for when i when down and ask for for which wasnt any problem for the staff to get That is all just small problems

Fantastic location. Good standard for this price category, but do not expect luxury!

Great location on the seafront. Fantastic view of the beach ( a bit blurry due to windows not being cleaned that regularly, I suspect). Parking permit at reduced rate for hotel guests. Friendly staff at reception.

Shower cubicle extremely tiny. No bathmat in the bathroom. Coffee at breakfast thin and tasteless.
