Lovely room in an amazing location. Check in could have been smoother and rooms need better sound proofing,

Amazing location and a lovely room.

It was difficult to find the property as there are not clear signs for the hotel. Check in could have been smoother. Rooms need better sound proofing as you can hear people talking in reception.

Great location and value for money.

Great city centre location. Cool decor and interiors.

Would have preferred if it was more spacious but as it was a city centre location we understood that this isnt always possible.

we will definitely come back!

The location was incredible! One corner away from Duomo and the shopping street was only 5 minutes away by walking. The staff was friendly and they even told us we can leave our bag there after the checkout so that we can explore Milan without having to carry all our stuff. The room was quite loud (but not every room is right infront of the street) and small but really clean and the beds were extremely comfortable.

It was a bit hard to find because it was not advertised from the outside ( it is in a bigger building with several other apartments) and our room was right on the street so it was kinda loud which wasn't a problem overall because there were almost no cars at night.

Terrible experience

Location only

It is not a hotel , it is one floor part of a big building, where no sign at all to reach to hotel , i lost in the center for almost one hour , and keep asking while i am carrying 2 bags and no benefits, it was very difficult time , i tried to contact them to guid me and there was no response, It needs at least a signboard on the building entrance to make it easy but they didnt. Also while checking out (11:00 checking out time) i ask the to allow me staying to 12 as i was just wake up , but they refused and allow me only for 30 min to prepare myself leaving ; it was a terrible experience that i will never repeat and dont recommend it at all . Also there was a damage in the room wall , which indicates that room isnt maintained at all. See the photo
