Very good

The room was spacious, clean and pretty. The staff was friendly and let me change rooms to a better view.

They double charged me. I paid booking.com then Sheraton charged me again. Ive had to call twice and the email sent isnt processing the information. So now I have to go to the bank and prove the transaction to them.

Beautiful room. Difficult parking and entrance

There was construction going on in your lobby. It was very hard to park and unload.

Lobby construction. I would have liked to have known that it was going on I may have chosen a different hotel.

The time we went there, the gym and pool facilities was under renovation which was kinda not anticipated to happen.

Exceptional

Great for a few nights, and waived parking fees for guests is finally nice.

The property was clean, the rooms looked great, and they even waived the parking fees for the construction going on.

The traffic build up by the entrance because of the construction, and the awkward getting in and out of the hallways that were weirdly tight.

Im glad I was there for one night. I wouldnt stay another night.it was not worth the money I payed

I didnt. Looking out the bedroom window the window was really dirty.

Let us know they are under construction.

The stay that never was.

The staff were very helpful and understanding when we decided not to stay at the hotel.

We decided not to stay at the hotel on arrival. The hotel was expensive and we chose it because we needed a comfortable, quiet stay following a busy work conference. We had specifically chosen the hotel to use the pool and because we know the chain has a good reputation. However, on arrival, the hotel was having major renovation work, with dust everywhere, lots of noise and the information that workmen would be starting their work from 8am every day - certainly not the quiet break we were hoping for. Additionally, we were informed that the pool was closed during our stay. The staff were helpful in finding us alternative accommodation elsewhere.
