Location, Staff and Game Drives

You are basically forced to buy drinks. I believe still water should be included. The food presentation was great - taste/portion size not that convincing

Exceptional

Have stayed in three of the Pilanesberg based lodges so far, this is the best yet.

Great location, comfortable rooms. Warm customer service, attention to detail. Delicious food. Fun and interesting game drives.

May sound petty . but perhaps buy a full set of chess pieces for the chess board in the bar? Make it a bit more than a decoration

Thabo was great... Room was stunning. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay amazing Boma braai was excellent

Bath didn't have a handheld shower. Dinner at the resturant was very limited for choices.... drinks are also over priced

I liked everything...the food, location of our rooms, no loadshedding The staff is amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Such a wonderful group of people. They're an asset to the establishment. Even the chef came to say hello. Thank you for a beautiful experience for my family and I.
