General maintenance. Shower leaked water all over bathroom floor, boom gates worked intermittently, dirty towel found hung up for use on arrival, lounge was dilapidated

We spent 4nights there . We were close to the shops and the beach was close

We had a 2bedroom studio .we were very close to the pool and amenities

The studio was a bit small and the shower head was loose and wouldnt stay up

Nice place to stay in, need some improvements.

The property was good in general, close to the beach, clean, comfy, nice water park and swimming pool.

There was some issues with some of the three units that we booked, one has a hot water issue, it keeps disconnecting every few seconds, other unit has an issue with the main door lock, it needs 20+ times trying to open it. the other issue that all units have is the upstairs room with bunk beds, there is no ladder for the kids to go to the top beds (photos attached). The swimming pool was not as clean as expected.

Have stayed here before and really like the place. I can see that renovations are happening, which is lovely to see.

The location is awesome and the pool and slides are great.

Super hot in the upstairs room. No blind on the window up there so hot afternoon sun came in. Really needs a blind and air conditioning up there. Painting at the cabin next door with a lift machine - 7:30am start each morning.

Great time with our Grandchildren except for the hot sleeping arrangements!

Location was awesome!

Cabin we were in was aged and in need of some upgrades, fan in main room didnt work properly. The loft double bunk room was tiny and crowded and very very hot with little to no ventilation. We all know that heat rises!!

Great mini-break away

Location is wonderful, right across the road from a patrolled beach. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. The pool area is delightful (for kids and adults) and the addition of the snack van is genius.

Rooms are nice but could use a little touch up here and there.
