Exceptional

The cabin was so clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and professional- they helped us with anything we needed. The location was close to beaches and the entrance and our stay was absolutely lovely. Fantastic for families. I would highly recommend for a holiday and our family will definitely be going back.

Lovely, clean and comfortable stay. Good room facilities.

Easy late check-in system with code access to keys. Spacious, clean and relatively modern cabin compared to the average cabin out there. We were there before school holidays so was nice and quiet.

Google maps kept telling us there was a walking path from the site to the beach, but it looked to be all closed off and we had to drive.

Fantastic stay in a lovely family cabin

Incredibly clean, modern cabin with well equipped kitchen. Plenty of space for family of 4 and one of the best showers around. Comfy beds with great couches and dining areas. Fab location with beach and bush nearby.

Fun facilities for kids, clean cabin and comfortable stay. Also it was nice and quiet in the park site during the week stay except cabin area of construction work.

Wifi was down the whole time of our stay so couldn't use most of TV channels and wifi for work and phone which was disappointing as it was a part of plan for Cabin stay. Hope they will fix that soon. Another thing was construction around the cabin area, so the view from our cabin was lots of fences and people working and walking around from 7:30am..

a little far from grocery stores (coles, woolies, etc) which is out of ur guys control! but still would be nice to have smth a bit more local instead of having to catch the bus 30 mins to lake haven haha!

The lovely clean cabin, designed well.

Right in front of me i was woken up at 7am with builders hammering on old cabins which are being refurnished. I know it has to be done.

Disappointing

Wont be back ,advertised as deluxe! $330 per night . My god ! We wont be back ! What a rip off

The quiet location

Cleanliness. So bad . Ripped carpet, mouldy shower . Cutlery draw had crumbs in it. Mattresses for the kids thin and uncomfortable. Dusty ceiling fan , broken fly screen that I fixed .
