Its right on the beach and very close to wedding venue we were attending. The bride and grooms family were also staying in the same property where there are full villas for rent facing the beach. Overall it was a great choice so that travel time between morning and evening events were not much and stay was wonderful. Great host and hassle free.
Good co-ordination by host and his staff, very supportive and helpful. The place is also lovely - and managed compared to other bnb places in the same locality.

Good homestay if you can manage food
Excellent location.
So this place is far far away from Mangalore city, 20 km to be precise. There is very little food available nearby, only on swiggy As mentioned in the listing, kids menu etc is not exactly available, and all food in house cooked, has to be informed 4-5 hours in advance. I felt it would be better to put all this in the listing as the host informed us only after asking. Except for food, this place was brilliant . It needs more blankets BTW.

Good place to stay with family.
The location is really good. Beach is peaceful. You can walk 1 km on either side without any obstacles or people. Rooms are good, facility is with TVs in each room (nexflix :). Kitchen with utensils, microwave etc. Its good and safe place to stay with family.
Its slowly getting older. They have to look into little things such are checking the door locks, utensils, and other smaller items those are relevant when it comes to a hassle free stay.

Place, staff, local food provided by manager, fully functional kitchen. Thanks to Jayaram who helped me a lot to make our stay excellent. He is very nice and always ready to help us. I went there without my own vehicle, so I have to depend upon local staff for each and every small help. I never found alone there. Always helped with smile. Sunil and pradip were our cab and auto driver + local guide..wonderful people.
Please have some in house breakfast. Mainly helpful for family who can't take a call what they want in breakfast one day before. Tea, coffee and snacks in house will be good and I know you guys will improve in future. we want to avoid preparing such things our own.

Disappointing, wasted my money, not recommended.
For the price we paid, the property was very disappointing. For 6,000 a night, there are much better options available, we had to book as I didnt have a lot of time and were visiting mangalore the first time. No breakfast included at this price. And we were charged 600 as cleaning fee, which is absolutely unreasonable, and the room wasnt even that clean, there was a lizard in the bedroom. The room was smelling really bad. Location is also very bad, nothing nearby.
