Very good

Feels classic but down to earth, a pleasant stay at a beautiful setting.

The view is amazing, the staff are extremely kind and nice, the room is very convenient. Dinner was very nice, the overall value for money is excellent.

I would make the breakfast more special and less youth-hostel like... Also, the back yard has so much potential and is neglected which is a shame.

Very good

The room is comfort and clean, quiet, staff members are very friendly and helpful. Good view to the old city. There are some good restaurants nearby.

Its hard to go by walking to the old city and takes like 25 minutes at least. Much easier with a car (10 minutes), they have parking lots. The food is good but needs to be more varied.

Very good overall stay.

Amazing views just outside the hotel. Clean, big hotel with good sized rooms. Staff is amazing and very caring and offered to help us ordering dinner when it was late night. Warm/hot water with good pressure. Really good firm bed.

Location slightly far away from the old city however there is a direct bus which takes to Damascus gate from just outside the hotel. Locals shops are a 7-10minutes walk.

Great value for the money, can only recommend

The location is really superb, breakfast was rich and fresh Direct bus to Damascus gate

It was not very busy, I mean too less quest dont understand why, as everything was great. Low season perhaps The only negative remark, hair dryer was not working in our room

Perfect location .

Location was perfect.its kind of 3 star hotel.But rooms were generally cleaned .Beds were comfy.

Bathrooms get too wet after every shower even though there was sealed shower doors but maybe they werent properly sealed.so they remain wet all the time.Bed linen could be better.
