    Good stay marred by one bad staff member
    The hotel accommodated our needs and special timings and requests happily, good swimming pool, good food and generally very friendly staff. Nice location not too far from the park gate but brace for a rough road.
    One complaint was the one unprofessional porter who made an approach to one of the women in our group who was staying in a single room. He closed the room door after escorting her to the room and asked if he could be a friend. The guest was quite upset by this and felt unsettled for the rest of the stay. This should not be allowed to happen. Employees need better training. Inconsistent instructions on timing of availabile electricity

    The Mara Experience
    1. The food was delicious. However they can increase on the varieties and keep up with the quality and freshness. 2. The customer service was great and the staff went out of their way to escort you to your room at night.
    1. Their mosquito nets are abit worn out. They should replace them. 2. Increase the power times.

    1. The staff are very friendly 2.we arrived late after lunch hour but the staff went out of their way to work out some lunch for us. 3. The location is superb and 4. The food is very good
    Electricity is not available round the clock and WiFi network is weak.
