Superb

The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, my room was clean and comfortable. Great location

Breakfast was great! Varied menu and good quality. A little pricey, but that's to be expected.

There is extremely limited parking on premises. All the spots (less than 10) were full when I arrived, so I don't know if there is a fee to park there. Parking in a nearby garage was $45/night!

lol, you guys pushed the breakfast REALLY HARD. Why? Your staff were super friendly and they worked hard.

Two of my towels had dirt stains on them. At the front desk the manager confirmed we had a queen bed in both our two separate rooms. I got to my room and there were 4 twin beds lol. The co-working space felt a little quiet during the day and the lighting was too dim. It was a little depressing. THE BEDS. It would behoove you to invest in fitted sheets. You used regular sheets on top of the mattresses I could see the mattress sticking out, and during the night the sheets shifted to reveal more of the mattress. Very disappointing and more importantly unsanitary. I was in room 212 and the wifi in my room kept coming in and out. Overall because we had just a one night stay it was tolerable. We didnt have another option because we didnt see anything else in our price range on short notice. Im sure there is a place for that type of model in your market, but we wouldnt come back due to this experience.

Washington, D.C is nice, Selina Union Market Hotel is not comfortable.

The hotel is way too far from the metro station. (Union) 20 min walk. The air conditioning is not adjustable, constantly blowing cold air. In my room the carpet was very stained, but otherwise bathroom and everything was clean. (Too bad about the carpet, it would not be a big effort to clean with a carpet cleaner). The male receptionist was very unfriendly and didn't tell us that we could park in the parking garage at night for 15$, he wanted 45$ per night. My experience was not good at this hotel.

Decor was cute.

Couldnt get the air conditioning to work. Didnt have an ice machine on our floor. Went downstairs to buy a drink and they told me the refrigerator was broken. There was also some sort of construction going on outside that started at around 6 AM and was SO LOUD. We also realized that when we got home that they charged us THREE separate times for the room. We called and they said it would take us 3 to 5 business days to get a refund.

Trendy space but poor room facilities

Reception decor was trendy and staff were friendly.

Small room with poor lighting. Unfortunately, the electric sockets on one wall were not working so we had no TV. When we asked about it, we were offered a room change but it was late at night. Quite a distance so had to taxi to attractions.
