The location was beautiful! Everything about the stay was perfect. The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was great. It was easy to get to town, and plenty of nature/walking trails nearby.

Great location near Kitzbhel but at the same time close to the mountains

Great location - 30 minutes to downtown Kitzbhel by foot, 7 minutes by bike which you can rent for free right on spot. Schwarzsee is a 5-minut walk and there is a nice walking/running path around the lake. Breakfast was excellent and based on local products. Very good dinner available, apparently favorite among the locals. Nice and roomy sauna. Great trek to Bischof (from Wildpark Aurach) recommended by the staff. But you can also walk directly from the hotel to Kirchberg, Hahnenkamm etc.

Didnt like the noise of the ventilator of the bathroom of the neighbour, no privacy on the terrace (but superb view)

Location was really good. Hotel is 5min drive away from Kitzbuhel city center and few minutes on foot to lake where you can enjoy nice morning or afternoon walks. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. We really liked the vibe of the hotel with smaller number of hotel rooms. Thus, if you look for quite place where to stay, this is it. Hotel's restaurant was also nice with tasty dishes.

I am not a fan of super soft mattresses. After few nights, you will start feeling your back :( however, this is a personal experience and feeling. Same for pillows.

We really enjoyed the spending the last days of summer at Seebichl. Beautiful location, very good breakfast and very nice staff. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere overall, with some great outdoor areas. Thumbs up for the music choice as well.

A very special hotel with a unique, welcoming, relaxed feel

Such a lovely hotel to stay in..such practical, thoughtful design throughout. Amazing breakfasts and dinners. Staff were always so kind and helpfuland mountain bikes you can borrow was such a bonus

No air conditioning, which we knew would be the case, but in the lovely warm weather would have been a bonus

Very relaxing and calm atmosphere. Great place!

the cat at the reception was absolutely adorable! =) I would definately recommend to use sauna with the garden view and enjoy the dinner in the afternoon sun on the terrace! the breakfast was absolutely amaizing! great music in the restaurant and lobby.

the lunch is not served every day so if you arrive in the middle of the day you may need to go to other nearby places for lunch which are also great and with the lake view.
