    It was PERFECT!
    The hotel itself is beautiful and you cant beat the location! I came here with my mother in October and am so happy we found this hotel. Cannot recommended more highly! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

    Nice place, misleading information.
    Nicely decorated clean hotel, good breakfast.
    Sauna was closed at half past 6 even if it should be opened till 8p.m. There is information in description that guests have free access to Panorama Badewelt nearby - when we ask about it, receptionist told us that its not true.

    We have really liked the breakfast and our room had comfortable bed. Staff was very nice to us :) The placement of the hotel is good, it is very close to the city centre and good to reach the way to Kitzbuhel skicentre. Overall, this hotel feels really warm and we felt great there.
    I think it could be better if there will be better soundproofing, either of the windows from the street or from the hallway of the hotel. Also there is not enough parking spaces at the hotel. But this won't stop us in choosing this hotel again if we are going back to this area.

    Super friendly welcome , staff were amazing and the hotel was very clean
    Location was perfect, staff were super friendly and the hotel was lovely and clean
    It would have been good to have dinner options and for someone to tell us about the spa facilities during check in.
