Perfect and then some.

We liked everything. Lovely clean and comfortable accommodation. Loved the arcade machine and air hockey. The fact I upped the score on the galaxian machine was a plus also. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms on both floors were a big plus also. The views were amazing. There is a beautiful beach directly opposite also. Very close proximity to Blackpool also.

That we couldn't stay longer. On the flip side however, we intend to come back.

Lovely property in an excellent location

Beautiful property, on the seafront, 5 min walk from Cleveleys centre. Short drive from Blackpool, Fleetwood or close to the tram network for easy access to other areas, 5 min walk from the bus station. Accommodation is very clean and at a very high standard, all 4 bedrooms are comfortable and the garden is an added bonus. Accommodation is over 3 floors with the living area and kitchen being on the 1st floor, double room and twin room on the ground floor with the walk in shower room and toilet plus access to the garden and the washing machine and dryer. 2nd floor has main bathroom and 2 double rooms 1 with sea view and 1 with garden view. The host was pleasant to speak to over the phone when he called to take payment. Someone comes to take the bins out, so don't be alarmed if the bins disappear. Also private parking for 2 large cars.

A floor plan or description of layout would have been great for us as I had 2 disabled people with me who struggle with stairs, we thought the living area would be on the ground floor meaning they would only need to climb the stairs to go to bed, sadly they were confined to spending most of their time in the bedroom on the ground floor. Maybe to make it more accessible to older generations or people with disabilities, think about a stairlift from the ground floor to 1st floor. We made it work for us but probably would not have booked had I known the layout. If mobility is not an issue though, don't hesitate to book this amazing property.

Perfect for a family get together with lots of room and home comforts.

The location is unreal. It is right on the front with beautiful views of the coast. Its very clean. The house looks like its been done by an interior designer. Each bedroom has a theme with gorgeous decor. Its modern and very cool with the arcade games and the air hockey. Communication from the owner was excellent. Would highly recommend.

We had a great Monday to Friday, thoroughly enjoyed.

Great location. Ideal to travel back & forth to Blackpool & Fleetwood e.t.c. Easy to park up at the front of the property & obtain the house keys from the key safe. Cleveleys itself is also a busy town with a great shopping centre. The bus & tram stations are only a few minutes walk away.

Theres nothing not to like. A nice property in a good location.

Absolutely made our holiday all the more special and memories we can treasure forever.

We absolutely loved everything not one single thing to complain about. Fantastic views and high standard fittings and appliances plus ample private parking an absolute gem of a place. Honestly if your thinking of booking just book you will be hard pushed to find a better place.

Modern, clean, fresh decor and smart appearance. Spacious living space, well planned for group socialising, and able to entertain and feed 8 easily at the dinner table. Amazing views. Fun house to be in, arcade machine and air hockey was great. Great to have 2 parking spaces so no stress.

Top floor bathroom window (was locked open we think) couldn't shut it. Tumble dryer condenser water tank and lint filter were both full before we used it. Neither of these things were an issue and didn't change our wonderful experience at this house.
