Spoiled by initial access problems, could have been so much better.

Lovely place with excellent welcome pack. All requirements adequately catered for.

Communication Poor Keysafe access code was not received before we left home. We did not have a mobile contact number and the landline number provided was constantly on answerphone. The access code was sent to my email whilst I was en route and i did not have access to my email without wifi. Waited at property for over an hour and still no contact, eventually managed to contact booking.com and they were able to see the email sent earlier and relate the information thus finally gained access two hours late! Things could only improve ... WRONG. No central heating instructions and radiators remained cold throughout our stay over the frosty weekend! Living Room would have been more cosy had the door not been missing.

Amazing weekend, love Blackpool we had lots of fun and it was nice to be able to come back to a lovely, warm and comfy p

The bungalow is in a brilliant location for everything, area was quiet peaceful. The bungalow was spotlessly clean and well presented. Welcome basket and basic supplies left was a lovely touch. Good communication with owner and check in by owner following day to ensure all was ok. Beds and pillows was very comfy and the bedding was good quality. Back garden area was ideal and nice to sit out in with a coffee. Everything you could need was provided along with extras such as black bags, dishwasher tabs, cleaning supplies, toiletries even salt and pepper.

Onsite parking was tight due to neighbour parking close but there is parking available on the road in front of the property.
