Staff lovely except for rude gentleman this morning at breakfast

Location Breakfast very good

No aqua gym or yoga Saturday or Sunday Surely another instructor should be available to cover these days Aqua gym started 10 mins late every day but finished at 1.30 A very unwelcome member of staff at breakfast 19/11 He was not there any other morning this week and made me feeling was an intruder If he is a manager he certainly requires further training in dealing with people Other staff were exceptional

A hotel to enjoy and return to many times

The hotel is a land of plenty. No need to worry about getting a sunbed or a table. The buffets never run out. Good choice of facilities. The front desk is especially helpful.

Room lighting is modest, and the switching is confusing. WiFi is slow

Clean rooms and pools but food was 3 star. Very bad choices and limited options on the menu nights (4 nights a week). Br

Very relax and happy stay.

The group are very nice. The kids club is very interesting, my daughter had a great time there. The pool and the chair are very convenient.

Bad

All in, 5 star price for one night, food and drink basically rubbish, the cheapest drink you canbuy in the market. Before you advertise 5, 4 star or whatever, check what you are offering. It was maybe just reaching 3 star level and i payed appro. 250 eur for one night. It was a total rip off.

Great value for money, amazing location and super professional and friendly staff

Amazing service, very friendly and professional staff, great choice on the breakfast menu and bbq dinner night, lots of space and always free sun-beds around 3 swimming pools

The only thing is that they couldnt provide iron in the room, so we had to use paid service to iron shirts
