Was very nice, but wouldnt particularly want to return.

The grounds of this hotel are very clean, and the staff are always pleasant, the location is good youre about a 10/15 minute walk to the beach, and there are a few nice restaurants about a 10 minute walk away. Youre also about a 10 minute walk from the Yambo centre if you are into gay bars, the food, although of a nice standard is very repetitive and all-inclusive really isnt worth doing as all-inclusive pool bar is very minimal food, no ice creams, or things like that for children, this is a very quiet hotel, So although nothing in particular to complain about, I wouldnt return to this hotel its very quiet and aimed at the elderly, sun beds are reserved which is a problem. I just feel it needs something to make you want to stay here, although we had the all-inclusive option. We did end up eating out most nights as it was quite boring there.

Great location, good variety of food, room was cleaned every day. Good quality of drinks

My booked was an extra large king bed, but they gave us a room with two double bed. The cocktails were weak of alcohol and still about the drinks we felt like they were controlling the boozes.

A great all-inclusive good quality hotel, near to the beach and town centre

The hotel was clean and well furnished. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet restaurant was a good size, with a great choice and variety of foods at each meal, and a good amount of seating (inside and outside). There were lots of sunbeds and seating in the pool and lobby bars. The room was small but adequate, with a nice size good-layout bathroom, and the room was cleaned every day and the mini-bar restocked too. There was evening entertainment, although some acts were much better than others, but the "show" bar-area had lots of seating (with comfy chairs) with table service for drinks. There were some issues on arrivals with our room not being available, but the manager had arranged an alternative so that our stay was not affected too much, and offered us a room-upgrade and late-checkout as compensation. The hotel is also near to the beach (a short walk away), with some shops, bars and cafes, as well as some shops/shopping centres and other bars and restaurants in walking distance (if you wanted a changed of scene)

There was no music (even on a low-level) in the lobby bar at night, and when the evening entertainment finished at the "show" area (often by 10.30pm) the background music was switched off at 11pm, if not before. The evening entertainment was not very good on some nights, with 3 nights in a row having a duet-band playing, and they lacked any real enthusiasm and stage-presence (like they did not want to be there!)

Great family holiday

Very clean, staff always very friendly, great choice of food and drinks, never too busy to use any of the facilities.

Could do with a little music around the pool area and maybe some pool activities.

* The guest of the hotel is relaxter and not too much making noise. * The food a lot better and tasty than RIU papaya that we had stayed. * The bed is very comfortable and big even is 2 person beds. * Big swimming pools with a nice garden. * Location is close to the beach and Yumbo shopping * Less noisy than other cheaper RIU ( noisy only when people or room attendant walk in front of the doors ). * There is waitress and waiter to take your order to drink. * Every where clean they do good effort to give a comfy feeling to the guests. * Less noisy than other cheaper RIU ( noisy only when people or room attendant walk in front of the doors ). * Plenty of choices of foods and drinks ( unlimited ).

* Some employees are less friendly while they work in the tourism sector friendliness is very important but it might be the character of Spanish. * Almost no one speak english very difficult to communicate. * RIU palace is luxurious than normal RIU. * Less noisy than other cheaper RIU ( noisy only when people or room attendant walk in front of the doors ).
