Passable

Location is near close to church, Rooms are spacious. Late check in is possible. Beds are comfortable but sheets, pillows are dirty even we were not able to use. Bathroom fittings are very old

The room was decent sized. Neat and clean. Staff attentive. The restaurant was good but a little expensive.

The wifi and cable did not work. The location was further out.

Not at all satisfied , did not meet the value for money

The property is at nice location but the bungalow rooms were full of pesky bugs inside it thats why the place was not hygiene friendly for us.

Pesky bugs inside the room plus the bathroom smell was coming outside so i won't recommend this further to anyone

Location and room cleanliness was good Near to church

I book for room with kitchen, while booking time they told me all the kitchen facilities will available on extra price. on the day of checking time they they provide 3 utensilties and ask for 450 rupees, I inform that i will paid in reception but they refuse for that and they need on spot. So i ask them for more plates ,for that they demand more money. Then my parents told me don't go for more issues. Then i give 500 and ask for balance, they told me they will give at the time of checkout and paid 550 for gas cylinder at reception. On night i order for 2 soup and extra bed sheet and for clearance ,they said yes and till my checkout no one came. Checkout time i inform the reception staff regarding this and the funny part is he informed it was happened on night and he is not responsible. Balance amount also i ask they told staff was not there..

Very bad experience

To be honest I have been visiting this resort since 2011 during that time service was excellent and rooms are very neat and tidy. but now it was other way round poor service, rooms are very dirty with full of dust and the plates ,cups they have given for rooms service wasnt cleaned properly and the bed spreads hasnt been changed. We are totally uncomfortable during our stay ,Also I have paid Rs 12000 for 2 days stay which is not worth for the money, yeah I have to indicate this one when I ordered the food for the room service staff will call me after 20mins saying that the food is not available why cant they check the availability before taking room service order this is ridiculous.finally my kids were totally upset with the room conditions, we have been constantly visiting sea gate for every occasion but now I dont think so we will be coming to your place Sorry to deliver this message!! But I have to be honest and pls try and change standards in future Thank you

Staff were helpful and were tying to help out.

Property was poorly maintained. Not very clean, no working phone to call reception for ordering in room service. The room itself was not very clean, could see stains on the bed linen, AC was quite bad and was barely cooling.
