Disappointing

Location could be nice but its next door to an hostel so be ready for loud music

The staff wasnt really nice, room were very run down, and the worse was the almost constant noise from the music. If you go there to rest, you might reconsider a different place!

Very good for the few days there

Location was very nice, a few minutes walk from the pier, and directly on the beach. Absolutely beautiful. Breakfast also was very good at the beach restaurant of the hotel. My bungalow/apartment was quite big and was comfy enough. The fact that there was a little gym facility, so I could get some kind of workout during my stay. Mad Monkey is located next door so you could step there if you feel like socializing with young people.

It was quite hard to close the bungalow door. The little gym facility is located behind the pool so the view is fine, but the fact that it's in a glass room makes it even hotter than outside. I know it's not easy to make it transparent and protect the equipment at the same time. The fan inside helped just a little. Of course it's an extremely limited "gym", but still better than nothing.

Dirty place, especially at the pool and beach.

Location was nice

The place does NOT look like the photos at all. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING mattresses on chairs at the pool and the beach.. Torn, black with dirt. Chairs themselves also broken in many cases. Most expensive hotel we have stayed in so far, but worst and grossest room..

Short, fun (and expensive) stay at the downtown of Koh Rong Island

Excellent location with all basic facilities but too expensive for a standard room with twin beds.

Price too high for standard twin room. Neither sunrise nor sunset are clearly visited as the sun rises and sets behind the nearby hills. Okayish view still

This is a total Ripoff!!

The location is excellent and the staff tries to go above and beyond to make sure guests are happy. Restaurant is pretty decent but the buffet breakfast is bad.

Very basic amenities, room did not even have a phone to call the front desk. No soap, the toilet was old and stained, the bed was just a mattress on a block of wood, the lock was old school with an actual key that did not fit well. The pool was filthy and many tiles were broken which. Is a hazard for little kids. There was no paint or tiles in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper holder either. This property should not be charging more than $50 a night. Its just the worst place Ive stayed in for that kind of money, total rip-off!!

Amazing hotel, would definitely return!

The location of this hotel is amazing, right on the beach. The staff were all very friendly, the breakfast was good with many different options and the cocktails were amazing!! The room was clean and had everything we needed, including air con and hot water. There were no issues with noise from the hostel next door at all, and we really loved sitting by the pool or on the sun beds right on the beach. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

I can't fault the hotel at all! We did have a couple of geckos in our room, but this is to be expected of the area and therefore we appreciate that the hotel can't help this.
