Area is lovely however we were unable to realax due to the rat problem

Staff members were lovely, very calm and peaceful location kept litter free

Vermin problem, our clothes and bags were chewed up and when we complained about the rat problem the owner was condescending and rude with no apology. Our concerns were not taken seriously and blamed on us which wasnt the case, they got us to move rooms but the smell of rat urine was still very present and there was no soap in either bathroom to wash out hands. Food was also overpriced with no other options of places to go due to the propertys location

Hidden Gem!

Fantastic stay, wonderful staff Wan, Lin and Phon SreyPa were exceptionally accommodating. We ended up staying in the resort for our whole time on the island. Very relaxing with a really good food/ bar selection and great value also. They give you a tab which you can pay at the end with card which was very handy as the island does not have an atm. Really lovely stay, the staff definitely made it for us! Would definitely recommend.

Basic accommodations, amazing location

Great location and so peaceful! The food in the restaurant was very good.

The fans in the room make crazy noises, making it hard to sleep at night. Take earplugs! If you plan to rent a scooter, needs to give a 24h notice or none are available so make sure to plan. Small thing but they only sell plastic bottles of water with no refill possible, we felt quite bad having to purchase plastic bottles everyday

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The place itself is tropical paradise. Our children roam free, safe and happy. What an incredible way to celebrate cristhmas. Nice food, nice drinks, nice ambient, good to relax and chill and good to socialize and connect with people. Great experience. Thinking on coming back

I love the location. I like the idea of all the bills collected when checking out. To have a locker is also a good idea.

I like the honesty of the staff, when I check out I was still waiting for my friends and then when they mentioned my bungalow # I thought theres something wrong but they gave me the earrings that I forgot on my bungalow.

Nice and quiet place. Restaurant is very good, staff and owners are super friendly. The resort is a little drive from the main town but you can rent scooters and drive around the island. When im in the region and I looking for a place to relax for a few days im definitief coming back here

Palm Beach Paradise

This resort is in the most gorgeous location. The bungalows are basic but clean and very comfortable with hammocks everywhere. The owners are lovely and really go above and beyond to make your stay magical, and even our dog who travelled with us was made to feel very welcome. My seven year old was entertained with minimal screen time, as there are cool bugs everywhere and a gorgeous pond with frogs and tadpoles. The food is very nice and there are plenty of things to do! Snorkelling, beach volleyball, football, and even board games. The boat trip to go dnorkeling, fishing, and seeing the luminous plankton is also highly recommended! There are safe lockers for valuable items, too. I can't rate this resort enough! We booked for five nights, then extended it to eighteen Thank you, Mireille and Roy x

A perfect birthday stay!

Ive been so excited to review our stay here. Having backpacked for a few weeks we wanted somewhere special to relax and celebrate my partners birthday. I had mentioned this before arrival and Merielle and the team did everything in their power to make it special, they even helped me by having a birthday cake delivered from the main land and bringing it out at dinner. The bungalow it self was refurbished very recently (actually we met two of the lovely guys who just finished painting it, legends!) and there was even a hot water shower which was incredible, and a hairdryer. It was truly beautiful. All the staff were so proud of the hotel and rightly so! Its a really lovely mix of people with something for most peoples budgets so the evening were fun and intimate too. We booked the private ferry straight from the pier on the way back which took about 2.5 hrs. It was very convenient but Id say if you suffer from travel sickness fork out for a speed ferry from koh touch. TikTok cost about $15 and think speed boat ticket was roughly the same price.

The only thing that could really elevate Palm Beach is the facility to rent kayaks. The beach was beautiful and theres volleyball and lots of other bar activities like pool and darts but its a shame not be able to kayak around and enjoy the beautiful coast. We did hire bikes through the hotel which was very convenient, and they even fuelled up for us so well worth the $15
