Superb

Location and comfort. Breakfast was also outstanding as well as the employees.

I selected the hotel because of the airport proximity and the free shuttle. When calling to confirm the shuttle, I was told that were no shuttles on January the second and Im finished paying a taxi.

Breakfast tables were arranged too close to one another even though there was unused room in the restaurant. That made breakfast too loud and uncomfortable.

Exceptional

We really enjoyed our stay! We had a room with Seaview, and even if it's winter - it has a special charm. Breakfast is great We daily visited center of city. We had Copenhaga card, including transport cost (we took bus: 5 min next to hotel or metro - 10min away). Aquarium is right next to the hotel. We had an early flight and hotel offered take away breakfast and shuttle bus to airport - this was really nice service provided by hotel! We enjoyed our stay and are planning next visit!

Amazing, but a few quirks that are easily fixed.

The location was really great. We wanted somewhere more quiet where we could take walks at the Waterfront and enjoy each others company. The hotel was also really nice and pretty. The breakfast was also great.

We were pretty disappointed in the selection of vegetarian food, both in the restaurant for dinner and the lobby for lunch. We also experienced that we had agreed with the staff on cleaning on one day but then there was no cleaning. On another when we weren't prepared (we had valuables lying out) cleaning then happened and we felt uneasy about this

lovely hotel, good breakfast, sustainable

very friendly staff, good breakfast (gluten free and vegan options available), very clean, sustainable concept (room only cleaned when you wanted to, no unnecessary plastic at breakfast, sea view is exceptional, metro to the city is nearby

we stayed there on NYE and the restaurant and bar where closed which I kind of understood, but it would have been nice to have some entertainment there because the city was very crowded,

Passable

The water pressure in the shower was very low. The water didnt drain from the bathroom sink, and we had to wait a lot after every use of the sink. The sofa bed was very comfortable

Great hotel in the waterfront with wonderful views. Convenient location for metro, bus and airport.

Great location with fabulous views over the sea towards 'The Bridge'. Room was large and comfortable.

Very good

Great short stay for stopover near airport.

Great breakfast buffet, nice comfortable beds, great rain shower. Restaurant and bar facilities great.

It was a shame the shuttle bus to the airport wasnt operating during the Christmas holiday, as it ended up costing us quite a bit for taxis from and to the airport.
