After paying NON refundable rate apartment stuff send a message "undergoing a property improvement project, We will do our best to keep noise to a minimum", that occurred to be non-stop very loud drilling starting at 6:30-7am, so we couldn't sleep properly during our stay, only after we asked to be moved to another apartment they agreed, but we had to check out before 12, move our stuff to lockers, and check in again after 15, but it did not really helped. Also, we didn't have hot water during our last day, we were advised to go have shower in hostel public shower rooms to next door building, but we din't really paid for THIS experiences. Our request about at least partial refund was declined. Worst booking experience ever!

The city is very beautiful, everything is very quick and easy to reach.

The property was fully equipped.

The property had no windows. There were no towels to change. The absolute no-go was the renovation work, which started at 7 in the morning. We were not informed of this at any time.

The apartment was perfect for our small family in a great location.

Location was great and the room was perfect for a family of 2 adults + 2 young children. Facilities to cook were really good. Also a great coffee shop + pizza shop called ottos about 5 min walk.

We were aware of the construction works prior to booking. However, the excavating works were directly outside our apartment door leaving a lot of dirt being brought into the room. Was not overly impressed with the safety measures such as fencing to deep excavations/clear access/exit to our room to the road. The rooms above were also being renovated so noise was fairly persistent from 8am onwards. However, we were out of the room from 9am and returned at 6/7pm when works had finished so was not a problem.

Comfortable stay.

Great location near the beach and public transport. All the basic amenities were present, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

More comfortable and bigger couch would have been cosier. Better storage for stuff (closed system = less clutter).

This place was simply great! It had everything a traveler might needed, and I regret not being able to stay there longer. It is located very close to the metro in between the airport and main station.

Great studio apt at a reasonable price

Nice studio apartment with everything you need in a quiet neighborhood. Decent location with Metro stop just a block or so away. Grocery store, bakery, and restaurants just a short walk away

It would have been nice to have a couple of comfortable sitting chairs in the apartment instead of just kitchen table chairs.

The property was clean, light and spacious. The washing machine/ dryer was very useful. The balcony was a welcome addition! It was nice to have some coffee/ tea provided upon checking in. We drank it black as there was no milk, which would have made it perfect for us.

We did miss having a toaster and champagne glasses at our disposal. The property was next to a building site, which disturbed a lie in for the guests sleeping on that side of the flat. However, it was manageable.

Convenient and comfortable.

Me and my friend were caught out and stranded overnight in Copenhagen on sudden notice due to a cancelled transferring flight. With it being late and needing somewhere to stay without any notice at all we found this place quoted at a very reasonable price and offering more facilities than many. It is positioned very close to a metro station and in a very nice quiet residential area for a comfortable environment. With the lack of any notice I couldn't have asked for anything better and using the online booking system, me and my friend were at the accommodation within 15/20 mins of actually making the booking. This time was purely just the time to reach the place from the airport - a 12 minute taxi.

My room was on a ground floor and it did lack some privacy when the curtains were drawn as it was very easy to see into when the curtains were not drawn. However, the curtains offered a lot of privacy so the option for privacy was always there at the expense of letting in as much natural light.

Superb

Even before our check-in, I was already set for a great experience because of how the staff communicated with us - they were really friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented. Definitely an extra point for that. The apartment is neat, looks fresh and is nicely designed, and has everything you might need during a short stay. We really liked the studio, despite some minor details that could be improved

We were located on the ground floor (which was great), but because of that, there were some limitations when it comes to the view and windows - the only opening was the main glass balcony-like door, which is not desirable if you want to maintain your privacy or if it's warm like during our stay. Also, the place was a bit noisy; there were some groups partying until very late, and because all the apartments face the inner courtyard, the noise traveled easily to other apartments."
