Noises everywhere from the staff

The indoor pool and the lounge vibes

The housekeeping staff are so noisy, plus i asked for a good room and they gave the room next to the housekeepings room or so and the elevator, i had to put earplugs to sleep, and the a/c was not working to cool the room only a heater.

Superb

We had a fantastic one night stay as a family. Kids loved the hotel as well. Friendly, smiley, helpful staff from check in, concierge to restaurant staff. Rooms well appointed, clean with modern amenities. Its next to Menara Mall and as a family, we were happy to find a couple of other western style restaurants (Pauls, Papa Johns, Chilies) to eat as well after a week of eating Moroccan food (which was lovely).

The hotel was amazing and our room was very nice and spacious. The outside and in swimming pool was stunning. The breakfast and dinners we had was fantastic and with loads of variety. The staff was very helpful and polite especially to ladies called Madiha and Chaymae guest relation was really the best customer service ever with a good energy and very friendly. I recommend this place 100% and looking forward to be back here again.

Overall it was a great stay, I would definitely recommend it!

The facilities were amazing, staff were friendly and the location was perfect!

The only minor inconvenience that the rooms sometimes got too hot and since its central AC we could not adjust the temperature in our room. However we could leave the balcony door open

Not a good experience sadly. You are just a. number at this hotel. No drinks on arrival as we checked in. No toddler bed or cot ready as we requested. We waited five hours and called three times. No proper bedding provided for our children. Housekeeping skipped the tidying of our room most days unless we called and they never stocked the room properly - we were missing towels, coffee, water etc. Pool was ice cold. Restaurants were empty and cold.

Lovely hotel, great staff and a shopping mall built in to the same complex, with lovely restaurants

The gym was excellent and the kids photos do not do it justice. If you like to workout on holiday, the hotel has a full suite of Technogym equipment, including multiple treadmills, a full range of weights machines for legs, upper body and core. Plus a good set of dumbbells from 8kg to 30kg

They tried to clean the room twice a day, which was just too much. Its nice, but when you have young kids and they come to your room at 9:30, it can be a bit annoying. Also, you have to exchange a piece of paper for towels at the pool, which you need to get back and use for the duration of your stay. A bit annoying
