Everything is nice from the hotel side, they did all they can do

One thing and it is not from the hotel but they need to deal with it, which is the construction behind the hotel, so the cars can't go up to the hotel unless it is 4x4

One of the best spots to unwind, adventure and recharge

Breakfast spread, location, views, hike with guide and incredible hospitality.

Rooftop pool is not heated, something can be improved on though it's understandable due to the high cost associated with water and electricity in hilly areas.

If you are looking for a place to watch the sunrise over the mountain range, look no further! Sarangkot Mountain Lodge offers the best views of the mountains and all the rooms face the mountain range making it ideal for a fantastic view! The location is perfect and as are the staff and the facilities. The staff were extremely courteous and the food selection is remarkable. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Pokhara!

Must visit for a couple of days!!!!!

I would recommend this property to stay for a couple of days for everyone. The location is just amazing, located 1600 meters above sea level it gives the perfect opportunity to view the city down below and the mighty Himalayas (provided no clouds). The sunrise from this property is out of this world. All the rooms have the mountain view and if you want better view you can always head to the 4th floor deck to get a fantastic view. I am just in awe of the Himalayas and this property was like the icing on the cake. Though there was a lot of cloud cover on the first day of our stay, we were lucky the gods blessed us on the second day and got a fantastic view of Machapuchare (Fishtail) and Annapurna peaks. They are stunning.

Perfect view to see the beautiful mountains. Room very clean and tidy, well maintenanced.

Had a problem with WiFi connection and requested to solve though I had to repeat and call manager as it was not treated smoothly after claiming few times. No same discount given though they posted further discount in public. Maybe better to wait until last moment to get cheaper deal than reserving in advance. Transport between key places (bus station/airport/city center) should be given free considering the location and the cost of accomodation.

Amazing !

The view the staff and the food are amazing , just outstanding !

We had unfortunately noisy neighbors and they were smoking inside their room , so it was smelly unfortunately but the staff were helpful to try to make it as much as comfortable .
