    Overall we all enjoyed our stay at Santai Homestay. Will come back in future.
    Location is ok. Not very far from town
    Since we stay at level 4 as so call penthouse, the lift needs maintenance. Lift cannot work on our second day. We have to take the stairs n most of us is over 55 years old. With our shopping bags. Raining heavily water sip in from all doors since it's very near to the pool. Floor is slippery when it's wet.

    The pool, the rooms access to the pool. Netflix.
    The unpleasant smells that lingered in the toilets. There were stains on the bedsheet. A little bit itchy when sleeping. Encountered some experiences with lizards and other bugs in the apartment. The iron board cover are stained. Need to be changed.

    we had an excellent time at the property. highly recommended to stay here!
    total privacy! the rooms, residence, tv, pool, terrace, all were really wonderful! and very clean! thumbs up for the sole caretaker of the unit, mr edwin if im not wrong. very accomodating and friendly.
    the location even though it was a mere 3km away from batam centre, still it was not near walking distance to malls.
