Exceptional

Everything, big room, comfortable bed, I even had 2 to choose from. Lovely pool, gorgeous cafe/ restaurant. The food and coffee was awesome. Best green curry I ever had. Breakfast was superb too. So nice I could buy food on-site. The owner was super helpful, gave me lots of tips on places to visit and even lent me the use of a bike to use to explore the town. The stay is a little walking distance from the beach and sights so a scooter or tuk tuk is needed unless you don't mind a walk. I loved that it was a little off the beaten track and enjoyed the pool and sitting area upstairs next to my room where I could do yoga in the mornings. A beautiful place very close to the National Park too.

Spacious room and swimming pool which is good for small kids too. Restaurant is really nice as so many green. I love this place . Not too far to beach too.

NA but just take a note that no shampoo, soap, tooth brush. So Make sure bring it.

Everything was fine except location requires some form of transport. It would be nice if bicycles could be provided or rented to guests.

Best budget stay in kep

It's quiet, there are feilds at the back and you can hear the birds. Aircon was working well, wifi was good. Beatiful environment.

Disappointing

there were too many quality properties closed up due to Corona --this was the only choice...

netflix smart tv

no front desk, mismanagement booking 6 people for a 3 max unit, allowing dogs and cats to stay onsite and bark all day by the pool, no food unless you order 4-24 hours ahead and then eat in bungalow [restaurant non-existent], cars, trucks and motorcycles should be parked away from the units--traffic all day, property is surrounded by neighbors on 3 sides with 9 alpha roosters so they crow 24/7 and there is little peace and quiet at this location, the pool has very slippery tile and no railing to enter by stairs; unsafe

This property located slightly deep from main road, the environment is silent, good for short holiday stay. For the breakfast, I ordered pork rice-2.50$ and cappucino-1.25$. The price consider acceptable.
