Key card & Ground Floor Room was amazing

Room space was the best and it's located just in front of the beach. I choose Ground Floor Deluxe King so easy to travel with large luggage. No need to climb the stairs/lif. We stay for 5days. The staff were polite and helpfull to show US the designated parking lot for in house guest. It was just across the street behind the Chenang laundry in front of the Sandy Beach Resort.

The key card we received only 01pc.

Room & loud noise from the balcony

The room just in front of the beach. The room is large (deluxe king) and equiped with all amenities.

1.Staff need to explain to guest quiet Time starts from 12am - 7am. Because at the balcony there where chatting loud voice from the other guests. 2.Will be better if the property can spare 02 key card for the each room. Much more easy for family member to in and out without need to wait for the other family member who have the key card.

Peaceful stay

Location is great, the shell out is good, staff are good and helpful. I had a peaceful 5days stay, not very noisy although my chalet is near the beach and the restaurant.

The breakfast options are too little, the room is a bit old and bathrooms floor is a bit slippery.

not worth the money. but location is amazing

the location was very good as it was right at the beach. Very good location as in the middle of busy night streets with good shops. there is a mall nearby too.

the AC in the room was not working and was very loud. the toilet was clogged already and the shower head was broken. second floor and no lift. parking is very far and no help service for luggage.

Location: Excellent location they can improve the accommodation facilities but appreciate immediate response upon request (Air-Con failed on the first day of stay) It's an old cottage/property, they have the opportunity to improve a lot for the restroom and others .......

Breakfast: Same menu for every day and it's run out most of the time better try outside
