I loved the whole vibe and location of the hotel and I will be back.

I loved everything about the hotel and I will be back. Loved the whole vibe of the hotel.

We only had one issue. The TV in our room didnt work. After several phone calls and a couple of hours they moved us to another room that wasnt as nice as our first room. They were unable to fix the TV in our first room. This was a hassle for us but I will go back to the hotel because I liked it so much.

Intimate, Iconic vibe Palm Desert hotel.

It's Iconic Palm Desert. Intimate, not one of those huge, sprawling "big box" hotels. Lots of details went into the room. A full top-shelf bar armoire with all the accessories needed! You can tell Kelly Wearstler, put her design touch into the room. Love the Waterworks fixtures!

Breakfast was okay. Location was good.

Restaurant was closed upon arrival except for French Fries and Hummus. We needed more after driving for 2 1/2 hours from LA

Superb

Superb hotel in Indian Springs for relaxation.

This is a well appointed hotel with a lovely pool and gardens, very picturesque. The staff are very attentive with pool side service and a nice restuarent attached which served very good food and cocktails. There is also a hot spa pool best for the cooler evenings. Free parking was a bonus. Lovely, quiet and relaxing. We will be back.

We were in Room 11 and there is a very noticeable pungent smell from the pool pump room, we mentioned this to the staff and it was checked to be safe but it was very strong at time. The rear ground balcony with sofa was disappointing and the seat had a number of cigarette burns. We didn't really use this as it was off putting. We stayed mid week and can imagine a different experience at the weekend with more people.
