Great location just a few steps from the old town, comfortable bed, spacious and well equiped bathroom (as well as the room), wonderful breakfast exceeding our expectations, always friendly and helpful hotel staff

chaotic service in the restaurant (dinner) and bar resulting in delays and errors, noise from the lift in the room (avoid rooms next to the lifts!)

A fabulous hotel with wonderful staff. We will be back!

It is a modern property equipped accordingly. We had everything we needed in our room plus more. The ablutions were of good quality and there was even separate shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the shower! The bar area was lovely as was reception. The breakfast was fabulous. All the staff were very warm and friendly, nothing too much trouble.

The hotel seems to be split into two buildings connected by a covered walkway. It was December, but this walkway was very cold. Going to and from the bar to the room or down to breakfast required extra speed and some warmer clothing! The walkway is very uninviting!

Perfect base for city centre trip!

We had an excellent stay celebrating a birthday. The staff went out of their way to decorate the room and provided a birthday cake. The room itself was lovely and the bathroom was incredibly spacious. Location is perfect for the city centre and completely walkable. I recommend doing a food and wine tour! Breakfast was also a delight, with plenty of options for food and drink. Overall this was such an enjoyable stay. Cocktails at the bar are really nice too.
