Superb

This is our 2nd NYE at St Pauls House after celebrating at the Jam House. It couldnt be more perfectly situated and I must say, very quiet too.

Exceptional

Gorgeous hotel, very clean, super room, the food is amazing - will definitely stay here again.

Where to begin - the hotel looks beautiful when you arrive, and when you get inside it is amazing. Love the room, very clean (always a must!) and the bed was super comfy. The en-suite shower was really good. The staff were very attentive and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant/bar and the food was excellent and also reasonable prices. All in all we recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

The only downside is the cost of the car park,.

Overall good stay, Good surroundings , great bar staff and receptionist etc .

Breakfast a disaster , kitchen staff didn't turn up delaying breakfast until 10am , so I missed it

its position in St Pauls square perfect for the city and jewelry quarter nightlife. nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff and the doorman was a true character

OK but needs some attention.

Great location, bar and restaurant great.

Room was a bit shabby, no instructions for how to work heating so room was cold. Sliding door to bathroom which was ill fitting so not very private.

Disappointing

Not as good as it used to be, standards slipping

The location is good, nice bar area. Nicely decorated bedroom. Pretty hotel from outside.

The lift was out of order and we weren't made aware of this or offered any assistance. Reception -lack of communication with no info about change in parking arrangements no sign on the reception desk to say that you now must pay for parking by Ringo. Reception didn't even ask if you had a car in the car park, and if you did, ensure you pay by Ringo. No clear info on this on either hotel website or booking website just says see reception and they failed to provide sufficient information. No info on breakfast or even attempt at trying to get you to purchase breakfast. Told when asked to see a menu that there's a menu somewhere if you ask someone else. Not helpful, so didn't bother with breakfast. Staff using headphones and busy chatting between themselves. Worst checkin check out experience not 4 star. Pillows need replacing.

The hotel is as value for money and in a great location for our party at the Jam House

The restaurant and social areas downstairs weee superb

The bedroom was on the street so could hear all the noise and people walking past, cars driving round the square and vehicles peeping horns all well after midnight into the early hours of the morning.

Relaxing enjoyable stay in a clean quirky but well equipped individual hotel.

Great size rooms loads of surprises like the coffee machine, juice and Prosecco. Staff offered me an umbrella to get to my car in the rain. Just fab. Oh and a great central location too.

Offer breakfast with the room - wasn't an option when I booked.
