My stay was of 3 nights and throughout the stay there was no wifi connectivity.. there wifi was not at all working. Soo many power cuts also. No mobile network connectivity. Hotel location was also not satisfactory. U hv to be a well trained car driver to reach the hotel from the main road. Although rooms were good and staff was also friendly.

Highly disappointing and moreover false information online.

average property and poorly maintained

There was no swimming pool as shown and staff was very rude at the time of checkin. It was complete package with pet and staff undue debated to charge extra for pet. Overall disappointment with the property. Booking.com did poor job in displaying wrong info.

Beds were ok room service ok.

It was too noisy. There was loudspeaker right next to the hotel till 1 pm at night. We took our old parents and we were shocked to see under construction site, no lift and rooms were on 1st floor, the entrance was too bad difficult to take car till their car parking. When we asked politely about lift and parking we were told you should have asked booking office and checked. Food we did not get wahat we requested. Horrible experience. No place to walk was like cage.

Location of hotel is good, it is middle in panchgani and mahableshwar. Hotel staff is very supportive

There is no cellular network,, hotel provided wifi but in room where I was stay not working properly, it is one of the good hotel group so they should accept card payment. They only accept cash or gpay, paytm
