The best Xmas experience ever

Cleanliness, Staff, Entertainment were the best, really enjoyed my stay. Perfect location to enjoy the best Xmas Holiday. Staff were more than helpful

Tidy apartment but resort not for us

The apartment was really modern clean and generally really good. The staff were helpful and friendly. Parking on site was a bonus.

The evening entertainment was loud (couldnt sleep) and in our view not good. Appreciate though its not really our sort of place. The pool was heated but still pretty cold.

Great hotel and location, wonderful staff.

Great use of sun beds, most rooms (Im not sure if all) have their own sun loungers so no rush for those around the pool. Great rooms with everything you need. Including freezer and microwave which is great when you have little ones. Extremely clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Entertainment staff were wonderful especially George.

Would have liked a childrens disco most nights and at an earlier time.

The staff are fab, and super friendly. The entire complex is kept immaculate. A lovely, safe environment for families, in a fantastic location close to the beach, .promenade and a bunch of bars and restaurants.

Felt there was no atmosphere around the pool, no back ground music.Apart from that was great.

Well equipped apartment in a central location

Good location, in the center of the resort & near restaurants. Apartments well equipped, plus had parking & a large swimming pool.

It was expensive, compared to hotels & considering it was an apartment only serviced every 3 days. We used the pool in the afternoons & could eventually find a free sunbed, but a lot were reserved by towels & not used for many hours.

Very relaxing and would book again.

Ideal location with plenty of eating options. Room with balcony was excellent.

I felt that the refuge could collected daily as opposed to every 3 days. When I went to the poolside bar with my own ice bucket to request ice for my champagne i was informed " it was not possible".
