The Romer Waikiki at The Ambassador is highly recommended for its newly renovated rooms and lobby that are clean and cute. The bed linen is very nice, and the in-room amenities, such as shampoo and s (Read More)hower gel in reusable bottles, are environmentally friendly. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, and the hotel is a short walk from the beach. The hotel offers a comfortable stay with modern decor and a great pool. Some guests had minor issues with room amenities, but overall, it is a good deal for the price and location.

Hotel room is clean and beautiful

A huge amount of parking fee was charged without CLEARLY letting me know prior to my check-in, they show me the payment reminder the booking.com confirmation email has, but it was obviously no intend to let customer to be aware for sure, the font size is small and parking fee was at the end of the long email, low key want customer to miss it to be honest

Great location, clean room with view, friendly staff. No microwave or on-site dining.

I recently stayed at the Ritz Romer Waikiki at The Ambassador and wanted to share my experience. The hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently situated close to various commercial businesses, making it ideal for exploring the area. The room I stayed in was exceptionally clean and featured a fantastic view, enhancing the overall experience of my stay. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were truly outstanding; they were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful, which was greatly appreciated. The pool area was another highlight, providing a nice space to relax and enjoy the sunny weather.

However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The room lacked a microwave, which would have been convenient for longer stays. Additionally, the absence of an on-site coffee shop or restaurant accessible throughout the day was a bit of an inconvenience, especially for those days when you just want a quick bite or a coffee within the hotel.

Still, it's a highly worthwhile hotel choice!

Great location, new and quiet room, beautiful 18th-floor view, and welcoming staff.

We stayed for three days, and our room was never cleaned throughout our stay. Due to being on a high floor, the water pressure in the shower is relatively low.

100% would stay here again for the great price.

We loved the aesthetics of the property with its modern updates. The breakfast cart was great, and they upgraded our room which was super nice.

We enjoyed everything about it and wished we had been able to stay a few extra days.

Average facilities but great location if you plan on staying in Waikiki.

Simple property, easy to get to from the airport and is a great location to walk around Waikiki

Rooms are small, if youre a tall person the shower is very small. House keeping was below average sometimes our room wasnt cleaned or fresh towels provided.
