The Riviera Beach & Shores Resorts are undergoing renovations and improvements. The rooms are nice, clean, and the staff are friendly. The only complaint is that the beds are extremely hard. The loca (Read More)tion is great, with plenty of nearby activities and loaner bikes/beach gear. One reviewer is looking forward to returning after the renovation of the lobby building into condos.

Decent. Not great.

Ocean view. Comfy sofas and seats in the room. Pool and hot tub. Refrigerator. Easy parking. Nice kitchenette. Hot shower with good water pressure. Not very noisy. Not very crowded. Good communication from front desk throughout stay.

They were painting the facade and had cones out on the street making it very difficult to find where to park. How to drive around for an extra twenty minutes trying to figure out how to access the hotel. The toxic paint fumes permeated the hallways and room. Elevator was broken for the first 24 hours. The hotel sits right on the PHC. No easy access to beach. You have to walk 10 minutes down the road and across the bridge to get to the beach. You can see the ocean, but first you have to stare at cars and train tracks. The bedroom had no windows. Not much within walking distance in terms of restaurants and shops.

Would stay here again. Few things that could be improved on to make it fantastic.

Loved the spaciousness of the room! Facilities kept nice and clean!

Such a long walk to the pool!! I guess construction interfered with that but very spread out and kind of confusing. Could be better signage. Also the staff was not friendly. Such as not even making eye contact and smiling when people coming in door. They did their job but certainly not going to go the extra mile for anyone. Easy way to make a customer feel welcomed. And towels by pool would be a tremendous improvement.

Good

I liked the location but didn't liked being lied to about the time share.

The location.

I was talked in to a time share seminar and was charged $140 dollars as a deposit. I was told that I would get my money back but I was still charged. I was lied to so now I have to try and get a refund.
