Guests love the ambiance and quality of Rincon of the Seas Grand Caribbean Hotel. They enjoyed dinner outside near the bar with a magical sunset. The rooms are clean and spacious with beautiful beach (Read More) views. The buffet breakfast is delicious, although the service could have been better. Nearby, there are plenty of activities and a good nightlife scene. Overall, guests highly recommend this resort and plan to return.

Great property, excellent service and fantastic location!
The property was great and the staff even better! We loved the pool area and the restaurant food was delicious each time. We were right on the beach which was amazing. The location was a walk into town. One note, the room was super comfortable with an ocean view balcony, but not luxury. But we didn't expect luxury and spent very little time in the room. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would come back!

The staff was accommodating, cordial , friendly. The beach is one of the best in Rincon. The surroundings are beautiful Excellent for family reunions
Slightly run down rooms however understandable due to its proximity to the beach and the sea. The management is doing its best to upkeep it

Quite disappointing, really shocking after paying $1,200 for 3 nights.
The view.
Bathroom the size of a small pantry. Always wet because floor tiles are loose and water zips through. Dirty toilet. Dirty dishes. Bad musty smell in the bedroom. Staff could care less. Terrible stay with exception of the view.

Exceeded our expectations
The location is magical, we could see the ocean from every window in the villa. Villa #35 seemed like it was brand new.
We loved everything, the lobby, the staff, the shade on the beach, the chairs, everything was simply perfect!
