Superb

Really enjoyed the salt water pool. No "earlybirds" throwing out towels on the sunbeds. The location is central but still quiet. Wonderful and friendly staff!! On my next trip to Puerto de la Cruz, we'll for sure stay at RF San Borondon.

The free WiFi was really poor this time. The size of the balcony could be bigger.

Only grand. I wouldnt see the business as one that thrives or prides itself on hospitality

The pool facilities were top class. Full of water every time we went.

It generally catered for a demographic that me and my partner were not aligned to.

Breakfast Very much the same every day and not very hot Room Balcony very dirty on arrival alerted reception who sent a cleaner Room very dated Bathroom Not suitable for older people or with mobility issues. Getting out of the shower because the bath was so high

I honestly enjoyed everything about the hotel, the location is absolutely great, the staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great too. It has a very relaxing and chilled atmosphere. The pool is beautiful and and all the plants around give a bit of a jungle vibe. No problems with even basic Internet, I had work calls and meetings, and it worked just fine.

There is no AC, as they seem not to be as common in Tenerife as you would think and its completely on me that I didn't read what is included in the room. If you ask in the reception, they can give you a free standing fan. Couple of machines in the gym lived their life already and should be replaced, just to keep up with all the other great things in this hotel.

Superb

A great place to stay.

San Borondon is a lovely, well-maintained hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the swimming pool area is beautiful. Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of hot & cold dishes, juices, cereals and breads.

There is no air-conditioning so fans should be provided.
