Great location! Rooms are new and I appreciated the Alexa and room connectivity. Bathroom was sparkling clean!

Disappointing

Disappointing to say the least.

Location was good.

Staff were screwing around the entire time. Not working and just talking to each other. Food was OK, but too expensive for what you get. Used Uber Eats after the first time ordering food there. The lights in the room were either not working or were flickering really badly.

Its never a disappointment when booking a stay here. Everything was clean, excellent aroma, friendly staff, the Reverb can do no wrong.

This question shouldnt be asked about this hotel. Ill forever have this hotel as my number 1 option when coming to Atlanta.

Great hotel! I would definitely stay again.

The location and the hotel were absolutely perfect. The staff was very accommodating.

I didn't like that you were not able to set the room temperature, you were either going to be hot or cold. I also think that each room should be provided with a microwave.

My stay at this hotel was terrible and I will not stay here again. Definitely will not recommend this site to anyone.

The location and Alexa

The room was not properly cleaned. The bed sheets were dingy. The bathroom smelled like urine. The ice machine was barely working. There was nothing provided in the bedroom to get ice for the cooler. There was iron in the bedroom. Front desk staff couldnt leave to bring one to the room because she was the only one working. (Thats what she said) Electric outlet near bed was not working and one of the outlets was broken. Terrible experience at this hotel.
